The Gypsy Cowbelle changes hats as she assumes the role of Amelia Earhart at the historic Double Dee Ranch located in the Absoroka Mountains west of Meeteetse, WY. The ranch is near to the site that Amelia had chosen to construct a cabin for future use. The cabin was started but not complete when her plane disappeared over the Pacific during her historic attempt to circumnavigate the globe in 1937. Ms. Earhart had a few inches on Ms. "V", but they are kindred spirits and The Cowbelle is most honored and eagerly anticipates the opportunity to portray the legendary aviatrix on this wonderful outing sponsored by the Meeteetse Museums.
